Ben

Ben embarked on his journey in the butchery industry by serving as an apprentice at a local butcher shop at the age of 20. With a thirst for knowledge and growth, he made the bold move to London after two years to expand his expertise in butchery. In April 2015, Ben seized a pivotal opportunity by taking charge of a butchery counter at a farm shop, marking a turning point in his career. Since then, he has continuously progressed, culminating in the successful establishment of his own butcher shop in Epsom in November 2016.

Conner

Conner joined our team in September 2018 as a Trainee Butcher and has rapidly enhanced his expertise and understanding in the field. He has since advanced to the position of Supervisor, embracing the fresh challenges that accompany this role while effectively imparting his knowledge to the junior team members.
