Our Beechwood Smoked bacon made from Free range Gloucester Old Spot Pigs have a wonderful texture, turning amazingly crisp in the pan, with just the right amount of fat for an intense flavour. If you want your bacon with maximum flavour this is the one for you.
Traditionally dry-cured so you won’t lose any of it in the pan.
